Why we exist
Too often, the hardest part of starting over isn't the will to change — it's the lack of a stable place to do it from. A missed step in housing can undo months of progress. We built New Hope Community Homes to remove that risk, offering furnished homes in safe, transit-connected neighborhoods so residents can focus on rebuilding rather than surviving.
We are proudly veteran-founded, and we understand firsthand that recovery — from addiction, from hardship, from a difficult chapter — takes more than good intentions. It takes a door that stays open long enough to walk all the way through.

Our screening process is designed to make sure the level of support we offer is the right fit for each applicant, and to connect people with a higher level of care when that's what's needed.
