Housing shaped by what our community actually needs.
We're intentionally not locking into one population before we open. Instead, we're listening to local organizations, referral partners, and the community itself to understand where the real housing gaps are — and building around that.
Why we're starting with listening
Too many housing programs decide who they'll serve before they understand what's actually needed. We'd rather get it right. Before opening our first home, we're talking with shelters, treatment programs, reentry organizations, and community groups across the Plano area to learn who's hardest to place, why, and what a housing partner should actually provide.
That means our first home may end up focused on women, veterans, or another group entirely — shaped by the need we hear directly from the community, not an assumption we started with.
